Points on Client Records

Overview highlight card

For CPC (pregnancy center) clients, the highlight row at the top of the Overview tab shows a Points card in place of the Living arrangement card, whenever unified points is enabled for that client.

The card shows:

  • Total points: the client's lifetime points awarded.

  • Spent points: the client's lifetime points redeemed, shown below the total (for example, "45 spent").

If the client's points balance can't load, the card shows "--" for both values instead of showing a zero that might not be accurate.

When Living still shows

The Overview tab keeps showing the Living arrangement card instead of Points when any of the following is true:

  • The client isn't a CPC client.

  • Your organization's view for that client doesn't include the unified Points tab.

  • You don't have permission to view CPC clients.

Permissions

Seeing the Points highlight card requires Clients (CPC) - View, the same permission used to open a client's details elsewhere in Care.
