Some Love INC workflows include ongoing programs, classes, or mentoring.
Programs organize a larger path of support. Open them from Care (or your Love INC community-assistance area, depending on your setup) when you track multi-step offerings.
Classes track learning opportunities and attendance. Day-to-day work is on the class and session records under Care → Programs and Classes. Full steps: Programs and Classes.
Mentoring tracks ongoing supportive relationships (who is mentoring whom, notes, and progress over time).
Where to open it:
1. Open the Serve module.
2. Choose Mentoring in the Serve menu (alongside Volunteers, Staff, Time Sheets, and Positions).
Mentoring is under Serve, not under Outreach. Love INC organizations with Outreach still get Mentoring — the menu item moved to Serve. Details: Mentoring.
These pages connect back to the person or household receiving support. They may also relate to requests, referrals, or needs over time.
