Administrators can view and manage their organization's CoolFocus plan from Settings > General Settings > Plan & Billing.
This page replaces the older "Subscription package" settings screen and adds a clearer view of what is included in your plan, plus a link to the billing portal for payment and invoice management.
At the top of the page you'll see your organization's current plan, including its name, monthly price (if applicable), and any badge (such as "Most Popular").
If your organization has not been moved to package-based licensing yet, you'll see a note that you are on legacy module licensing. You can choose a plan below to move to package-based access.
If CoolFocus has a recommended plan for your organization based on your current usage, it appears in a highlighted card with an explanation of why it's recommended. If you pick a different plan yourself, your selection is kept even if the recommendation loads or changes afterward.
Under Available plans, plans are grouped into sections so you only see the ones relevant to your organization:
Pregnancy Center Plans: Core, Plus, and Premium tiers with client charting, shown to organizations using the Care module.
Non Profit Plans: the same Core, Plus, and Premium tiers, shown to churches, ministries, and other nonprofits that do not use client charting.
Love INC Plans: Love INC Core and Love INC Plus, shown to Love INC affiliates.
You'll only see the section(s) that apply to your organization. A section is highlighted and labeled as containing your current plan when one of its cards matches the plan you're on today.
Each plan is shown as its own card within a section, with the plan name, monthly price, tagline, and a short list of highlights. Cards are labeled with badges as needed:
Current: the plan your organization is on today.
Recommended: the plan CoolFocus suggests based on your usage.
Any other badge configured for that plan, such as "Most Popular".
Click a card to select that plan, then click Save in the header to switch. Save is only enabled once you've selected a different plan than your current one. Plan changes take effect immediately in the app.
If the update succeeds but the confirmation step fails to record, you'll see an error message asking you to refresh and try again. Your plan may already have changed even if this happens, so refresh the page to check its current state before retrying.
Once a plan is selected, the What's included card lists:
The modules licensed under your current plan.
The individual features included.
This gives a quick reference for what your organization currently has access to.
If billing portal access is available for your organization, a Billing card appears with an Open billing portal button. Use the billing portal to:
Update your payment method.
View past invoices.
Manage your subscription.
Plan changes made on the Plan & Billing settings page take effect right away in CoolFocus; the billing portal is for payment and invoicing details, not for switching plans.
Plan & Billing settings are only visible to administrators.
