Administrators can review and sign their organization's Business Associate / Vendor Confidentiality Agreement (BAA), download an executed copy, and find related compliance documents from Settings > Legal & Compliance.
This page is available to every organization, so you no longer need to open a support ticket to get the standard BAA signed. Custom or negotiated agreements still go through support.
The Agreements card shows the standard CoolFocus BAA / vendor confidentiality agreement and its current status:
Not signed: no organization admin has accepted the current version of the agreement yet.
Signed: the agreement has been accepted for your organization.
To sign:
Click Review & sign agreement.
Read the agreement template shown in the review panel.
Enter your name in the signer field.
Check the acceptance checkbox.
Click Sign agreement. This button stays disabled until your name is entered and the box is checked.
Once signed, the card shows who signed, when it was signed, and the effective date. Signing is intended to cover your organization's use of CoolFocus, including use that began before the date of acceptance.
After the agreement is signed, a Download executed PDF button appears on the Agreements card. This gives you a PDF copy of the executed agreement, including the signer's name, signed date, and effective date, for your own compliance records.
