IP address access helps your organization limit CoolFocus sign-ins to approved locations.
This is an advanced security setting. Use it carefully.
Only administrators can view or change IP address access settings. Non-admin users cannot access this area, even through direct links.
Open Settings, then go to Security and choose IP Addresses.
Use IP address access when your organization wants staff to sign in only from places you trust, such as your office network.
If an allowed IP address changes, users may be blocked from signing in until the setting is updated.
Before turning this on, make sure you know which locations should be allowed and who can help if access needs to be changed.
