CoolFocus connects with several outside scheduling and call-center providers. Each provider has its own setup, terminology, and rollout status.
Choose the provider your organization uses:
• Olive and Chloe by Choose Life Marketing
• LifeLead scheduling integration
• HopeSync: Clara AI AI scheduling integration
• Options United scheduling integration
• Option Line through PlusLink
• PlusLink call-center appointment syncing
BrightCourse is not a scheduling integration. See BrightCourse points and learning data for its education-data sync.
There are two scheduling connection types.
Olive & Chloe, LifeLead, and some HopeSync: Clara AI AI or Options United implementations use the CoolFocus Scheduler API.
These partners can read eligible centers, appointment types, booking instructions, questions, and availability. They can submit and manage appointments created through their credential.
Use Show on API on an appointment type to make it available to these partners.
Option Line and some HopeSync: Clara AI AI or Options United implementations use PlusLink.
A location registers with the provider, publishes separate call-center time slots, and receives provider appointments as pending for staff review. Show on API does not control PlusLink.
Acuity Scheduling is being phased out in favor of CoolFocus's own embeddable scheduler. See Online Booking Configuration to set up the built-in booking widget on your website instead.
While an organization still has an Acuity connection running, two things do not sync from Acuity into CoolFocus:
The client's date of birth entered in Acuity
Answers to custom booking questions asked in Acuity
Those fields stay blank on the CoolFocus appointment and client record. Ask the client for this information when they arrive, or move the appointment type to the built-in booking widget, which supports date of birth and custom booking questions natively.
• Option Line and Options United are different providers.
• Olive and Chloe share one Choose Life Marketing connection.
• PlusLink is the call-center exchange used by Option Line and other participating providers.
• HopeSync: ClaraAI a AI is the current name for the former Infinit of the Worth integration.
• HopLifeLead may refer to its chatbot as Ava, confirm current terminology with LifeLead.
CoolFocus can make a connection and credential available, but that does not mean the provider has completed its setup for every organization.
1. Connection available:: CoolFocus supports the integration path.
2. Configured:: CoolFocus settings or credentials are ready.
3. Provider enabled:: the partner has activated the organization.
4. End-to-end tested:: a real test appointment completed correctly.
5. Production-ready:: the organization and provider approved launch.
Contact CoolFocus Support to verify CoolFocus configuration and recent connection activity. Contact the provider to confirm enrollment, product activation, implementation, and rollout timing.
• Confirm which provider and connection type your organization uses.
• Follow the provider-specific article above.
• Expose only appropriate appointment types, times, instructions, and questions.
• Test availability and a complete appointment workflow.
• Test rescheduling and cancellation when supported.
• Confirm the resulting client and appointment in CoolFocus.
• Do not announce the integration as live until both sides confirm the end-to-end test.
Use PlusLink settings for organizations that work with PlusLink-connected workflows.
