Integrations connect CoolFocus with other tools your organization uses.
Use this area when you need to set up accounting, messaging, email marketing, phone tools, or approved partner connections.
Make sure you know:
• Which outside account should be connected.
• Who owns that account.
• What information should move between systems.
• Who should be allowed to manage the connection.
• QuickBooks Online for accounting.
• PlusLink for partner workflows.
• Mailchimp or Constant Contact for email marketing.
• Twilio for phone and text messaging.
• Partner integrations for specialized workflows.
CoolFocus does not have an ongoing sync with Bloomerang, and does not offer a Zapier connector. If you are moving from Bloomerang, use the Importer for a one-time migration instead. See Bloomerang and Zapier for details.
Use a shared organization-owned account when possible. Avoid connecting an integration through a personal staff account unless your team has a clear plan for what happens when that person leaves.
