LifeLead connects its scheduling experience to CoolFocus through the CoolFocus Scheduler API. Some LifeLead materials may refer to its chatbot as Ava; confirm the current product name with LifeLead.
LifeLead can use CoolFocus to read eligible centers, appointment types, booking instructions, booking questions, and availability. It can submit appointments and later list, cancel, or reschedule appointments created with its own credential.
A chat does not automatically create an appointment. LifeLead must submit a valid booking for an available time.
A booking can optionally include the chat conversation that led to it. When LifeLead submits a transcript, CoolFocus stores it in the appointment's dedicated Chat Transcript field, visible (read-only) on the appointment's Details tab, instead of appending it to the Notes field. Notes for API bookings contain only the client's date of birth.
Choose the centers and appointment types LifeLead may schedule.
Turn on Show on API for those active appointment types.
Review public names, instructions, booking questions, lead time, closures, staffing, and capacity.
Obtain the LifeLead credential through the approved secure process.
Ask LifeLead to complete its setup.
Complete end-to-end tests for availability, booking, cancellation, and rescheduling.
Confirm the created client, question responses, and appointment in CoolFocus.
The LifeLead connection is available in CoolFocus and has been actively exercised. Availability for an individual organization still depends on LifeLead configuring and enabling that organization's credential.
CoolFocus Support can confirm whether LifeLead is reaching the CoolFocus API. LifeLead controls the chatbot experience, its rollout schedule, and activation inside its product.
The connection should not be described as a full communication-history or reminder sync unless LifeLead has separately documented and tested that behavior.
