Option Line is a call-center provider that exchanges appointment information with CoolFocus through PlusLink.
Option Line is not the same company or connection as Options United.
Your center registers one or more locations with Option Line in Settings > Integrations > PlusLink. After Option Line accepts the registration, CoolFocus and PlusLink can exchange configured appointment times and appointment changes.
Option Line can send a requested appointment into CoolFocus with available client, contact, language, consultant, and scheduling information. The appointment arrives as Pending for center review and approval.
CoolFocus can send Option Line the location's configured call-center time slots, schedule overrides, and later appointment status changes.
Open Settings > Integrations > PlusLink.
Choose the location.
Configure call-center Time Slots, including language availability.
Open Registration and select Option Line.
Review and accept the provider terms.
Submit the registration.
Ask Option Line to confirm approval and activation.
Complete an end-to-end test appointment.
Confirm the appointment arrives in CoolFocus as pending and that center approval/status changes synchronize as expected.
The Option Line connection is available in CoolFocus and has been used by CoolFocus organizations. Availability for your location still depends on Option Line accepting the registration and enabling its workflow.
CoolFocus Support can verify your PlusLink configuration and sync history. Option Line controls its enrollment decision, call-center workflow, and rollout timing.
Option Line appointments are intentionally presented for center review. Staff should confirm the client, time, location, and appointment details before approval.
No. Option Line uses PlusLink time slots and registration. Show on API applies to direct Scheduler API partners such as Olive & Chloe or LifeLead.
PlusLink uses the call-center time slots configured for the registered location. Review those slots and any schedule overrides in the PlusLink settings.
