Every event has a public page where guests see event details, buy tickets, sponsor, or give. Build that page with the same block-based editor CoolFocus uses for email and document templates, plus two blocks made just for events.
From the event hub, open the page design editor for the event you want to customize. This is separate from the event record's own fields (name, dates, venue, and so on), which you still edit from the General Info, Fundraising, and Registration tabs.
The page design editor gives you the same layout blocks as the email and document template editor: headings, paragraphs, images, buttons, dividers, spacers, and multi-column layouts. Two block types are made just for event pages:
Tickets: shows the event's ticket types and availability, pulled live from the event's ticket setup, so the page updates itself as tickets sell without you editing any text. Display it as ticket cards or as a single button, and set your own heading and button label.
Event details: shows the event's date and venue, kept in sync with the event record automatically.
Both blocks can also be placed inside a multi-column layout alongside your own text and images.
Edit the page. Your changes save as a draft and do not change what guests currently see.
Use Preview to see the page as a guest would, before anyone else does.
Click Publish when the page is ready. Guests then see the newly published version.
Guests always see the last published version of the page until you publish again, so you can edit and preview without disrupting an event that is already live.
