Moving to CoolPay from CDM+? Your donors' saved payment methods can be transferred so recurring gifts continue without interruption. As with any payment migration, this happens provider-to-provider for security: CDM+'s payment provider, Paragon, sends the data directly to CoolPay's payment provider, Justifi.
You request your payment tokens from CDM+. Paragon then coordinates the secure transfer directly with Justifi — the sensitive data never passes through you or through email in the clear.

Attestation of Compliance (AOC): request the PCI-DSS Level 1 AOC through Justifi's trust portal — https://trust.justifi.tech/ — and their security team will send it over.
